Luc has a proven track record of delivering innovation, growth, and efficiency during his 13 years at Elementis. He has led the Company's largest business segment, Performance Specialties (which combines the segments previously known as Global Coatings, Energy and Talc), for seven years. 他曾在转型计划中主管全球涂料业务部，推动执行该部门的增长策略。

Ralph 于 2016 年 9 月 12 日被任命为指定首席财务官和执行董事，并于 2016 年 11 月 1 日担任海名斯集团的首席财务官。

Ralph 是一位卓有成就的首席财务官，他在财务、战略发展和实施以及并购方面业绩卓著，这使他能够提供有效的财务领导力，以支持“重振增长”战略的实施。

Ralph 曾在 BP 工作了 30 年，担任过许多重要的领导职位，包括财务管理、销售和市场营销、企业发展、并购、战略和规划等职务。2010 年，Ralph 担任 BP Lubricants 的首席财务官，并在 2010 年至 2016 年之间一直是 Castrol India Limited 的董事会成员。

Ralph holds an MA in Modern History and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.

Stijn was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in May 2025 and leads the Personal Care and Performance Specialties businesses.

Stijn grew into a key and widely respected leader of the company during his time at Elementis. He builds high-performing cross-functional teams and always demonstrated the right balance of strategic, operational and customer focus. He led the Personal Care business from 2020 to 2025 and set the strategy that enabled the accelerated growth in this segment.

Prior to that, he held leadership positions in Personal Care, Coatings and Pharma at Elementis, having previously held senior commercial roles at Capsugel (now Lonza) and Barentz.

Stijn 拥有根特大学生物工程硕士学位和蒙彼利埃高等农学院农业经营管理硕士学位，并且修习了沃顿商学院高管发展课程 (Executive Development Program)。

Colin was appointed Senior VP Global Manufacturing in June 2025 and is responsible for global manufacturing, health safety and environment (HSE), quality and our capital investment program.

Colin brings over 30 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, having started his career as a graduate trainee at British Aerospace. During his early career, he managed various high-hazard processes related to the production of energetic materials for military applications – an experience that shaped his strong focus on process safety and HSE management.

Since joining Elementis, Colin has held various leadership roles at site, regional and global levels covering manufacturing and continuous improvement. This has given him an extensive experience in our manufacturing processes and capabilities, enabling him to improve operational efficiency across the business.

Colin holds a BEng in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.

Chris 领导集团的人力资源和传播职能部门，负责人才、继任、人力资源运营、奖励计划和内部沟通。Chris 专注于在全公司范围内贯彻企业文化和价值观，培养内部人才，并使我们的全球人力资源流程标准化。Chris 拥有 20 年的全球人力资源经验，曾在美国和英国的多家私人控股上市工作就职，他最初 12 年的职业生涯始于制造和供应链领域。Chris 拥有英国利物浦大学机械工程学硕士学位。

Lynton has responsibility for all legal and compliance matters across Elementis and is the Group Company Secretary. Lynton also serves as the Group’s Interim Chief Compliance Officer and chairs the Ethics and Compliance Council. 

Lynton has extensive international experience with listed companies, having started his in-house career with AstraZeneca plc, subsequently becoming Head of Legal EMEA at Syngenta AG following the spin-out of its Crop Protection Division. Lynton has worked in Group General Counsel/Company Secretary roles for over 20 years, first with QinetiQ Group plc, where he led on all legal/regulatory aspects of the company’s privatisation and subsequent IPO, and most recently with TT Electronics plc. Lynton qualified as a solicitor with Simmons & Simmons and has also practiced with Macfarlanes LLP and Burges Salmon LLP. 

Lynton holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Leeds and is a graduate of the Stanford University Business School (Executive Program).

Eric 负责管理货物和服务采购相关的所有活动，包括采购整合、全球不同办公地点的流程和程序标准化、确保供应商符合我们的 ESG 框架。

在铬业务部于 2023 年拆分出售给 Yildirim 前，Eric 是此业务部负责人。在海名斯任职的 16 年间，他先后在财务部门和采购部门担任过多个高级管理职位，为各部门带来丰富的商业、财务和采购经验。

Eric 拥有巴克内尔大学工商管理学士学位和维拉诺瓦大学工商管理硕士学位。
